02/13/10: And we're back! As the note above says, I somehow lost the entries to the database. Unfortunately, I was bad about keeping back ups, and my last one was from 2008. So, pretty much all sites submitted in 2009 were lost. Please re-submit your site again if that applies to you!

12/13/09: I'm not sure if something is wrong with my server, but for some reason, the database for this site is just... gone. I haven't done anything with it in a few months, and well, there are no sites in it except for 2 pending ones. I'm looking into it now. This is why the directory is empty right now, and I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. Will update again when I figure out what I can do from here.
